Very comfortable and the staff were so lovely and friendly, they made us feel really welcome. It was really good value for money and we were able to check into our room early for a quick nap. The location was really convenient, close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. Plus, they offered a variety of tours which made it easy for us to plan our activities.
We could hear everything and the loud screeching noises from the tap would wake us up whenever someone used the bathroom late at night or early in the morning. The broken tiles on the bathroom step were also quite dangerous.

Chiangmai First House & Tour was a hidden gem. Our room was huge with a super comfy bed and impeccably clean washroom facilities. the staff were incredibly helpful and could organize all our day trips and tours. the location was great, being close to restaurants, bars, night markets, and walking street. We even went on a day trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary which the staff organized for us.
Nothing all good 😊.

I had a fantastic stay at Chiangmai First House & Tour! The location was ideal, with all main activities within walking distance. The hotel is in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and had ample storage space for my belongings. The air conditioning was powerful, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the key card access, allowing me to come and go without disturbing the staff. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Although I enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom was shared, which wasn't explicitly mentioned, and there were some mosquitoes present.

The hotel had a shared lounge, which was great because who wouldn't want to share their personal space with strangers? The location was perfect, especially if you enjoy being close to tourist attractions. And don't worry, they even offer a paid airport shuttle service to make sure you never escape!
Oh, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. It was all sunshine and roses at this place!

The hotel is located in a super nice and quiet area, within walking distance to all the main activities. There's even a food court just 200 meters away, mind-blowing! The host creates a great atmosphere and made us feel very welcome. Although the bathroom is outside in the hall, it's only shared with one other room, so no trouble at all. Plus, the hotel is clean and reasonably priced, what more can you ask for?
